Nothing an AI agent says is legal, tax, investment, or regulated advisory advice.
4. Due Diligence Grader and Private Accounts
The RaiseX Due Diligence Grader is designed for legitimate commercial research using professional identifiers, business information, material claims, and publicly available or otherwise lawfully accessible sources. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, home addresses, family information, or other sensitive personal data that is not necessary for business research.
To provide private access, report entitlements, and session security, we retain your business email address, a salted one-way password hash, account timestamps, session records, payment-redemption identifiers, and report-credit status. We do not store your password in readable form.
Subject details and generated report content are transmitted to automated research systems and service providers solely to produce the requested assessment. RaiseX does not intentionally retain those subject details or completed report content in the Due Diligence Grader database, and requests to the AI research provider are configured not to be stored by that provider. A pending submission may remain temporarily in your own browser session during a payment redirect. You control whether to print, download, or share an exported report.
RaiseX does not intend the grader to be used for employment screening, tenant screening, consumer credit, insurance eligibility, educational admissions, government-benefit eligibility, or other regulated consumer-eligibility decisions.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the site and deliver services (for example, hosting, analytics, email, and scheduling), bound by confidentiality obligations.
