Equity arrangements vest over a standard 4-year schedule with a 1-year cliff and are subject to a written agreement and applicable law.

The RaiseX website, brand, logo, content, and materials are owned by or licensed to RaiseX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. 9. Due Diligence Grader — Accounts and Permitted Use

The RaiseX Due Diligence Grader is an informational, public-source business-research tool. It is not a consumer report, credit report, criminal background check, employment-screening service, tenant-screening service, or regulated eligibility service. You may not use it to make or assist decisions concerning employment, housing, consumer credit, insurance, educational admissions, government benefits, or other decisions governed by consumer-reporting or similar laws.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify RaiseX of suspected unauthorized access. Your account and report credits are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or used to evade usage limits. RaiseX may suspend access reasonably believed to be unlawful, abusive, insecure, or inconsistent with these Terms.
